SPI

The SPI volleyball team carried out lots of activities this year. Our biggest achievement is that the SPI Under18 boys managed to make it to the second round of the MSSNS volleyball competition held on 30th and 31st January . The Under18 boys team defeated 3 teams ( SMK Chan Wa, SMK Desa Cempaka, and Matrix ). The Under15 boys also did well in their matches. Although they did not win, they certainly did their best to be their school’s pride. There are 20 members in the SPI Volleyball Club for 2016.
          We have our training on Monday ( 2.30pm - 4.00pm ) and Saturday ( 8am - 11am ). Our coach Mr. Samuel trained us almost every lesson and turned us into better volleyball players. We also played some matches with the Form6 volleyball team and we defeated them numerous times. 6 of the Under18 boys and 6 from the Form 6 team played against the OPA team on 6th of August 2016 and won 2-0.
Congratulations to the team. Our teacher advisors Puan Hjh Norhayati Hashim and Puan Lye Yean Moi also helped us a lot and we thank them for their support and guidance.
