The Tamil Language Society had its Annual General Meeting in January where the new office bearers were elected .The newly- elected committee began planning the proposed activities for the year .We also welcomed the new committee who successfully carried out various activities
during the meetings held on alternate Wednesdays of each month. Many interesting and fun-filled activities were carried out throughout the year as follows:
January 2016      :  Annual General Meeting
February 2016    :  Ponggal Greeting Cards Competition
Ponggal Festival - Activities carried out were : ponggal cooking, pot- breaking, talent quest, kolam,
kabadi  competition and  drawing competition
March 2016 :  Story Writing competition
                         Poster Drawing competition
April 2016    : Drama competition
                       Congkak Traditional Game
