Bestari Brigade is an integrated system of Information Technology education that takes pride in including knowledge by experience. The Annual General Meeting was held on Jan 7th 2016 at the SPI Computer Lab when new committee members were elected and new members registered. A total of 42 members including the committee members joined the club. Various activities were carried out successfully throughout this year.

The activities carried out throughout the year include the following:

1. Members were introduced to E-sport applications such as Dota 2 and League of Legends. Then, members were coached by guests who were experts in these apps. We credence that E-sport is the future of IT.

2. In April, our club in cooperation with the School Resource Centre carried out the ICT week successfully. It was officiated by the principal of the school. Lots of interesting activities were carried out such as Blog creating competition, Photo Editing competition and quizzes .Prizes were given out to the winners.

3. Members were asked to design a T-shirt for the club. The best design was selected as the winner and was printed out for all the members of the club. It was compulsory for all members to buy the club T-shirt.

4. In May, a trip to Sunway University and SG Academy was held. Exciting activities were arranged such as promoting products, fixing computer components, multimedia skills, introduction to computer engineering and quizzes.

5. In June, members were introduced and coached to comprehend a new website ‘Emaze’ to create innovative and unique presentations. The members were then given a task to create a presentation in a group of 3 regarding the latest gadgets that were officially launched in 2016.

All the members were actively involved in the activities that were carried out by the club. The teacher advisors and committee members hope that the incoming new members will also actively take part in all the club activities. Hereby, the committee would like to thank the teacher advisors for their guidance and patience.
