The Annual General Meeting was held in January to choose the new committee members for 2012. Meeting sessions were held every alternate Wednesdays from 7.35am to 8.45am at the old Chemistry lab. Meetings were held to provide counseling advice to help students overcome their problems. The table below indicates the activities conducted in 2012:
