Annual Report
The 14th Annual General Meeting was successfully held on the 12th of January 2011 and the new committee members were elected.
We organized a trip to Dong Zen Temple in Jenjarom, Selangor on the 13th February 2011. 37 members took part in this trip and the teacher-in-charge was Pn. Liaw.
We also organized a Buddhist camp at the temple at Jalan Temiang on the 14th- 15th of March 2011. 54 students from the primary school took part in this camp.
We organized a Wesak Day celebration on the 11th of May 2011. 38 members attended this celebration.
The Buddhist society and two other societies namely the Interact Club and Nature Club will be carrying out a recycling program in school throughout the year. The aim of this program is to protect and preserve the environment for future generations.
Throughout the year, we had 13 meetings. This includes Dharma classes and committee meetings. Our Dharma classes were conducted by Pn. Liaw and members from the Seremban Sudhamma Buddhist Society. It was very informative.
