This year "June Camp" was held on the 11th. till the 14th. June 2010 in the school field. The theme for this year is "BACK TO BASIC". About 120 participants took part in this event. It was a fun filled experience even though the weather was bad for the first two days.There were a lot of activities organized by the scouters. Participants learned how to read a compass, use a kerosene lamp, the proper way to use an axe and much more. The fun part is when we have to cook our own meals.
On the last night we had our campfire. Scouter Mr.Lee Kok Keong officiated the campfire by lighting it up. Seniors and juniors performed and sang throughout the night.The campfire night ended with a farewell song.
Richard Ho from the junior group and Justine Yeow from the senior group won the "Best Camper" award. The "Best Commando" award won by Daryll Darshan from the junior group and William Fong Kah Wei from the senior group. Whereby the "Ironman" award goes to Sharvesh Kumar (Hitler Patrol).
