Interactors from SPI, SMK Bukit Mewah, SMK Mambau and SMK Mantin had a meeting with District Governor 3300 Datuk Mohinder Sigh Gill at Sungai Ujong Club, Seremban. 18 interactors attended this meeting and shared events and their plans with other interactors and Rotarians.

15 Feb 14
A motivational talk ‘ The Interacting Way ’ by En.Ananda Sundram Pillai was held at Sungai Ujong Club Seremban. 48 interactors from SPI and 2 teacher advisers joined the talk. Interactors were able to communicate with one another. It was a fun and relaxed day for us. We also enjoyed the high-tea.

12-16 Feb 2014
Exhibition on International Understanding Week : China at SPI. This project was headed by Form 4 Interactors, Saw Jay Leon and Dharsendran They collected articles and interesting pictures of China which they exhibited at the corridors and at the assembly platform. This project lasted for a week and students were able to learn more about the culture and history of China.

5 March 14
A General Knowledge Quiz was organised by the committee members and conducted by Interactor Yong Zi Jian (6A5). This quiz covered world history and geography questions. It was an interesting session. Prizes were given to the winners of each form.

22 March 2014
Interact Fustal Tournament 2014. The opening ceremony was conducted by the ex-president of Rotary Club of Senawang, Dr. Kirthi Jeyaraj. There were 2 categories that is the lower and upper forms. 56 teams took part in the tournament. The upper forms champion was White Warriors from 4 Dominic and the champion for lower forms was Legend Killers from 3 Anselm.

15 March 2014
25 Interactors joined a trip to Tanjung Piai, Johor. The purpose of this trip was to expose students to the mangrove area as well as to enjoy the beauty of the seaside nature.

6 May 2014
A banner was prepared by the Interact Club to be sent to Dawan High School, South Korea. Interactors signed on the banner to express their sympathy to the victims of a ferry sinking tragedy. The banner was sent to the school with the help of the South Korean ambassador’s office.

22 June 2014
500 participants including students from SPI, SMK Bukit Mewah, KGV, SMK Sri Ampangan and Rotarians joined a skipping event at our school field that will be recorded in the Malaysia Book of Records. This event is to bring awareness on the importance of exercise. We wish to thank the Rotary Club of Senawang for donating food and drinks to the participants. Skipping ropes were provided by Rotary Club of Kuala Lumpur.

25 June 2014
St John’s Ambulance Society headed by Goh Wei Loong conducted a talk on first aid for the Interactors. Recognition, treatments and precautions on heart attack, shock, burns and scalds and strokes were taught. This knowledge is valuable to our younger generation.

9 July 2014
86 Interactors filled the SPI School Hall for a half an hour walking exercise. A tape was played on the LCD at the stage and the interactors did a 2-mile walk. It was a healthy work-out. The objective of this programme was to teach students to have some basic exercise at home at least twice a week.
